shape first and hot press later. It is the fine substitutes of asbestos fibres.

Low cost, only at 1/30 cost of Aramid fiber. It exhibits the same function as Aramid
fiber in improving mixture performance.
3. Carbonization at 300 ¡æ enable the fibre performs similarly as carbon fiber regarding
to stabilize friction while other organic fibres softens or melts at high temperature. Selection of shaping process can improve the porosity of friction.

Improve the inorganic fibres performance in asbestos free material. Inorganic fibres
such as glass fibre, wollastonite, ceramic fibre, rockwolls are poor in mixture performance. Addition of celluose fiber can greatly improve the performance.
