Mucilage Glue Short Fiber is made of fine cellulos fibre through process of surface treatment and breaking into the short fibres. It is applicable for asbestos free friction materials and paper base friction materials.<\/p>\n\t

Product advantages include:<\/h4>\n

  1. Compared with ordinary cellulose fibre, it shows better thermal resistance and fade resistance as well as no pollution to the environment. It helps to scatter other components in mixture, especially for those process of cold shape first and hot press later. It is the fine substitutes of asbestos fibres.<\/li>\n
  2. Low cost, only at 1\/30 cost of Aramid fiber. It exhibits the same function as Aramid fiber in improving mixture performance.<\/li>\n
  3. Carbonization at 300 \u2103 enable the fibre performs similarly as carbon fiber regarding to stabilize friction while other organic fibres softens or melts at high temperature. Selection of shaping process can improve the porosity of friction material, therefore improve fade resistance and brake stability.<\/li>\n
  4. Improve the inorganic fibres performance in asbestos free material. Inorganic fibres such as glass fibre, wollastonite, ceramic fibre, rockwolls are poor in mixture performance. Addition of celluose fiber can greatly improve the performance.<\/li>\n
  5. Reduce usage of A ramid fibers and accordingly reduce the cost of friction materials.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t
